Across the season, Seabourn Encore will offer 18 departures ranging from seven to 15 days through Alaska and the Inside Passage of Canada, visiting 15 ports and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Glacier Bay National Park. The itineraries combine iconic destinations with lesser-visited ports, remote waterways and opportunities to explore Alaska both along the coast and into its interior.

During the 2026 season, Seabourn Encore completed 18 voyages and visited 17 destinations, while more than 9,000 guests took part in Ventures by Seabourn excursions throughout Alaska. Guests explored the region's glaciers, waterways and coastal communities through immersive shore experiences, destination-inspired culinary programming, and guided kayak and Zodiac excursions led by Seabourn's expert expedition team.

"Year after year, Alaska has stood out among destinations that Seabourn guests can't get enough of, and Seabourn Encore's 2027 season will offer another opportunity to experience this remarkable part of the world," said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. "From exploring remote waterways to discovering authentic coastal towns rich with culture and history, our Alaska program will go beyond the expected, bringing guests closer to the region's wildlife, landscapes and communities, all with the comforts and anticipatory service of a luxury, all-suite Seabourn ship."

The Denali Experience
"The Denali Experience" is an optional pre-cruise Seabourn Journey that takes guests into the storied interior of Alaska and deep into Denali National Park and Preserve. The seven-night land-based program complements Seabourn's voyages with deeper exploration of Alaska's interior, bringing guests into Denali National Park and Preserve through guided experiences, wildlife encounters and scenic journeys.

Available prior to southbound voyages from Juneau to Vancouver throughout the 2027 season, "The Denali Experience" begins in Anchorage with a scenic rail journey inland. Highlights include "flightseeing," offering aerial views over glaciers and wilderness across more than six million acres of Denali National Park & Preserve; an exclusive wildlife encounter at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center in scenic Portage Valley, home to lynx, moose, brown bears, wood bison and more; and a farewell dinner at Tracy's King Crab Shack along the downtown waterfront of Juneau.

The Denali Experience includes hotel accommodations, daily dining, transportation, airport transfers and expert guiding.

Immersive Exploration with Ventures by Seabourn

A hallmark of Seabourn's Alaska experience is Ventures by Seabourn, the line's signature program of optional, expert-led excursions designed to bring guests closer to the region's wildlife, landscapes and culture. Guests can paddle pristine waters by kayak or travel by Zodiac to watch for whales and explore glaciers, fjords, coves and other areas inaccessible to larger ships.

Guiding these experiences is Seabourn's expedition team of seasoned naturalists, scientists, historians and wildlife experts, who bring professional insights and personal passions to each voyage. Together, the ship and expedition teams create an experience that balances the ease of ocean cruising with the spirit of expedition, allowing guests to experience Alaska through a deeper lens.

Seabourn Encore is equipped with kayaks and Zodiacs that can be launched directly from the ship, creating a seamless transition from the ship to the surrounding landscape.

Guests on Seabourn Alaska voyages will also receive a complimentary custom Helly Hansen all-weather jacket, designed for exploration and offered as a keepsake of the journey. Swarovski Optik binoculars will be available for complimentary use throughout the voyage for guests booked in Premium Suites, providing an enhanced way to observe Alaska's remarkable wildlife and landscapes.

Discover Alaska Through Regional Cuisine
Seabourn Encore's 2027 Alaska season will continue the line's culinary programming created specifically for the region, bringing Alaska's ingredients, traditions and coastal influences to the table. Launched in 2026, the program builds on Seabourn's tradition of regionally inspired cuisine, with locally sourced seafood and foraged ingredients featured throughout the voyage.

Exclusive dining experiences include "Surf & Sear Sailaway," "Alaskan Seafood Boil," "Fisherman's Table," "Midnight Sun Dinner" and more, bringing a sense of place to the culinary experience. A destination-inspired cocktail menu features original creations such as the Glacier Fir and Inside Passage Punch, crafted with pristine Alaska glacial ice and regional ingredients.

On Board Seabourn Encore

While Alaska's wilderness provides the backdrop, Seabourn Encore offers an intimate, all-suite experience designed to complement the destination at every turn. Every suite includes a private veranda, providing front-row views of glaciers, wildlife and coastal scenery, while the ship's yacht-like atmosphere, personalized service and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces create a comfortable setting from which to experience the region.

Award-winning dining, regional culinary experiences, local entertainment and Seabourn's signature events bring Alaska to life throughout the voyage. From menus inspired by the region's ingredients and traditions to presentations exploring Alaska's history, culture and wildlife, the ship offers opportunities to continue discovering the destination between ports. Signature moments, including Caviar on the Ice, paired with Seabourn's intuitive service and relaxed luxury, create an experience that is as memorable on board as it is ashore.
